Rate Inclusions and perks:

Remark:
- All currency is in Euro (€)
- All rates are including VAT, City tax
- Minimum stay 4 nights, preferable weekly (between Saturday to Saturday)
- Check-out every Saturday
- These rates are valid for any reservation in Winter 2024-2025
- Damage deposit for € 1500 is required in cash or cheque, to be collected from the guest on arrival. The deposit will be fully returned on the last day when no damage occurs after the final check is finished.
- Late Check-Out until 12:00 hrs is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day. Late Check-Out until 17:00 hrs will be charged 50% of the nightly rate, after 17:00 hrs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
- Chalet rates are based on up to a maximum of 12 people (children included ).
- Extra guests may only be allowed with the approval of the management and subject to extra charge. City Tax will be charged by the number of extra people staying.
- Hygiene protocols are implemented – sanitized surfaces before check-in and after check-out, sanitizers are provided.
